I am a Hairstylist based in Cincinnati. I strive to make sure that all clients feel welcomed and satisfied with their experience here with Shanell Lux. All hair types are welcomed 🥰 * Non-refundable deposits are required that’s goes towards your service. If deposit are not received 30mins after appointment is booked you will be canceled. (Cash App $ZaireLloyd) Apple Pay is also accepted. * I only accept Cash or Apple Pay as final payments or through the booking site🤍

Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking‼️ All clients are given a 10-15 mins grace period anything after the 15 mins will result of a cancellation on my behalf unless you have consulted with the hairstylist. *No Show appointments will result a charge a fee of 20% of the style *Please be respectful of not only the Stylist time but other Clients*🤍 •Same day/ Squeeze In appointments are AN EXTRA CHARGE‼️$50 (Same day cancellation will result a fee will result charge half of service price) •All appointments are to be booked 24hrs in advance (No booking the night before your appointment will be cancelled unless consulted with me) •Off Days are a fee of $35 📍Cincinnati
